Class Descriptions
Yoga - A practice with stronger adaptions available, suitable for all levels combining traditional Hatha or Vinyasa yoga, designed to release tension, strengthen, restore strength and calm the mind.
Gentle Yoga - Gentle yoga practice is suitable for all levels combining traditional yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation. Designed to release tension, restore strength and calm the mind.
Dynamic Yoga - A class designed to deepen your yoga practice, combing flowing movement, strengthening Asanas, breathwork and a guided meditation.
Power Yoga - This Power yoga class is a fast-paced Vinyasa and Hatha style of yoga that's focused on building strength and endurance. It is also an excellent form of yoga for burning calories.
Sunset Yoga - This class is suitable for all ages and levels. It’s a traditional style of Yoga (vinyasa), which incorporates a combination of creative flowing sequences, to give a modern feel, piecing it together effortlessly.
Sunrise Yoga - Wake up your body, find your breath, calm your mind; start your day off with the perfect class.
Gentle Yoga - This practice is suitable for all levels combining traditional yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation. Designed to release tension, restore strength and calm the mind.
Gentle Yoga & Sound Healing - This class is combining gentle movements, breathe work, mindfulness. Including a variety of guided meditation and sound bath healing practices to relax the mind, body and soul.
Core Conditioning Yoga - concentrates on your core muscles, it will also aid strength, flexibility, breath work and focus your mind all in one class. This is a strong yoga class, for those looking for a little more of a challenge.
Pilates - Focuses on improving postural alignment, joint mobility, core strength, breathing & overall body awareness. This class can sometimes include various equipment such a Pilates balls, bands and foam rollers.
Gentle Pilates - Beginners Pilates is designed to learn the fundamentals on which to build their practice. This class will focus on the basic movements of the Pilates Method.
Standing Core Pilates - It is a functional form of Pilates, that is modified from the original mat-based exercises into a weight bearing position.
Cardio Pilates - The class focuses on improving postural alignment, joint mobility, core strength, breathing, combining a cardio element by improving general fitness.
Standing Gentle Pilates - It is a functional form of Pilates, that is modified from the original mat-based exercises into a weight bearing position.
Gentle Pilates - The perfect class for a beginner or somebody in need a of gentler class. Pilates is designed to learn the fundamentals on which to build their practice. This class will focus on the basic movements of the Pilates method.
Band Pilates - Focuses on improving postural alignment, joint mobility, core strength, breathing & overall body awareness. This class also includes resistance bands to enhance the exercise.
Fitness Pilates - This class incorporated the Principles of Pilates, the movements are flowing and designed to move the body in a variety of rotations to improve strength and flexibility.
Aqua - Fun & fitness in the pool. A real feel-good class and s uitable for all! This class uses the water buoyancy for stability and the resistance for toning and strengthening the body.
Boogietone - A fun filled dance-based class, using all dance styles, from Rock n Roll to street dance with an uplifting soundtrack.
Burn to The Beat - It feels like a party! It’s a high energy, cardio-based interval style class combining boxing, choreography, and body weight exercise.
Run Club - This class is aimed at mixed-ability runners, and it will take you around the Goodwood Estate
Spin - The ultimate cardio, calorie burning, fun all round workout for all levels.
Cardio Tennis - Cardio class working on tennis drills to improve your game.
Step - Step up with choreographed energizing moves to boost your cardio fitness.
Barre - Where ballet meets body conditioning, this class is aimed to stretch, strengthen & tone. Improves overall balance, co-ordination & core stability through ballet style postures & exercises.
Barre Fusion - A fusion of Ballet and choreography, concentrating on body alignment, strength and poise.
Strength & Endurance - This weight-based class focuses on building and maintaining strength and endurance.
Power Core - This solid strengthening class is aimed at core and muscles sculpting. It will include boxing and bodyweight combinations to help strengthen the core muscles.
Showtime - Purely a dance class, focusing on various styles of dance from the musical, contemporary, Latin and more. We break down the routines to improve quality of movement. This class is great for coordination, maintaining posture, strength and great for mental wellbeing.
Super Circuits - A full and fun total body workout in a circuit training format. The class will both increase muscular strength and endurance.
Stretch & Flex - This class is essential to improve range of movement, mobility and posture.
Tai Chi - Known as the moving meditation, Tai Chi is a series of slow controlled movements, developing strength, balance, posture and calm.
Body Blast - Dynamic workout working on strength, stamina and major muscle groups.
HITT Mix - A class that involves cardiovascular, strength and toning based exercise broken down into timed sections.
Whole Body Control - Strength based class, with no chorography aimed at improving tone across the whole body.
